The completely line has washing, filling and capping three function.  It is the ideal equipment for pure water and mineral water. Total line are made by SUS304 stainless steel. The air pressure system adopts famous brand product. This machine has features as compact structure, high effienct, stable. This machine has higher work productivity and high automation.

4. Barrel packaing is different from small PET bottle packing, usually the barrel is recycling using, so the barrel cleaning is very important as the first step. In our rinsing machine, the barrel will be cleaned by multiple liquid, from alkali water to disinfect water, and then to the pure wate to ensure every barrel can be cleaned absolutely. And then the filling machine and capping machine will start to work automatically.
5. In our capping machine, there is pure water spraying device to sterilize the cap. Avoid any pollution to the water.
