Semi automatic bottle heater blower machine adopts direct pressure, icrocomputer control, two step blowing bottle. The main blow tube blank PET mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, edible oil bottles, pharmaceutical plastic bottles, pesticide bottles, cosmetic bottles, etc.

The gas path is designed to separate the gas and blowing, adopting low pressure(0.4-0.8Mpa) mould clamping, mould locking, sealing, stretching and high pressure(3-3.5Mpa) blowing form, and the gas-liquid locking structure, to not only ensure the clamping and locking action smoothly, also ensure the safety of mould and blowing quality, as a result can save the bottle perform material.

Semi-automatic Bottle Blowing Machine Feature

• Adopt Specil electronic controlling circuit heating; high efficiency in simultaneous controlling one lamp or more; low power consumption.
• Adopt the theory of heat transfer and feedback while designing the shape and thickness of preform.
• the preform will be heated evenly by this plastic bottle blow molding machine, not be influenced by outside environment.
• cooling system with cold air cycle ensures same heat exposure of internal and external surfaces of the bottles.
• the air exhaust system designed by CAD can guarantee the deviation of heating furance temperature+/-1 degree.
• Air circuit system consists of movement and blowing so as to meet the needs of different air pressure, also to provide stable high pressure for blowing different shapes of big capacity bottles.
